Competence: The lab staff had excellent responses to questions and were very knowledgeable in their work. The lab is very well organized and in excellent order. This lab continues to be technically competent to perform the calibrations on their scope of accreditation as determined by their previous RA.
Conformity: The laboratory produced the required records when requested. It is evident that the laboratory embraces quality by responding to customer complaints and feedback from both customers and employees. Their internal audits and management review also indicate a high level of quality involvement.
