Dimensional Inspection Services

Calibration Laboratory, LLC is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory.  Our dimensional inspection services assure that the artifact parameters meet or exceed design specifications.  Some of our unique capabilities include our Mitutoyo CRYSTA-Apex S9106 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).  Our CMM is of high-accuracy that guarantees a maximum permissible error of E0,MPE = (1.7+3L/1000) μm.  Our CMM is also is equipped with a scale/workpiece temperature compensation system that guarantees the accuracy of the measurement by taking into account the workpiece material expansion coefficient as well as the CMM’s characteristics.  Our Mitutoyo QV-L404Z1L-D Vision Measuring System (VMM) can perform complex 3D measurements such as: Planes, Cylinders, and Cones.  Our VMM has a 0.1μm resolution and has the following accuracies; E1X, E1Y (2+3L/1000) µm, E1Z (3+5L/1000) µm, E2 (2.5+4L/1000) µm.
