The technicians were all very pleasant to work with. The managers in the lab were extremely helpful and willing to jump in when one of the newer technicians had a question about the calibration they were performing. All of the technicians were deeply knowledgeable about the processes and procedures of the calibration system. I reviewed their proficiency test results and sample certificates. All of the evidence reviewed supports continued accreditation of the organization.
Based on the observed technical demonstrations, Calibration Laboratory LLC is a very capable and competent calibration provider. All of the calibration standards used have traceable calibrations. The laboratory is temperature controlled and is monitored; the temperature is appropriate to the laboratory activities. The technicians are all trained, authorized and continually improving through continuous trainings. Trainings and authorizations are also documented. The technicians have access to all calibration procedures, calibration certificates of standards and their training records. The technicians I worked with are very impressive, they are very knowledgeable and have an in-depth knowledge of the principles behind each of the calibrations.
